1. SPONSOR

The Ranger Station x ERNEST 1992 Ticket Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Ranger Station Supply Co, LLC, located at 5421 Hwy 100, P.O. Box #50281, Nashville, TN 37205 (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States of America and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Ranger Station and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

4. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on October 4th, 2024 at 12:01 AM and ends on October 10th, 2024 at 11:59 PM (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

5. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Giveaway:

• Purchase one or more Ranger Station 1992 (feat. ERNEST) Candle or 50ml Perfume online at tenderco.mom or in-store at Ranger Station, 2905 12th Ave. S #106, Nashville, TN 37204 during the giveaway period. 

OR

• Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Opt in to receive text messages from Ranger Station by clicking the link HERE.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple purchases will not increase your odds of winning (though they may increase your odds of smelling good). Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries.

6. PRIZE(S)

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive two (2) tickets to ERNEST's Legalize Country Music Road Show for the concert in Knoxville, Tennessee, to take place on October 17th, 2024. Grand Prize valued at $70 total.

The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated agent, whose decision is final. The potential winner will be notified by email or text message within 5 days following the selection. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 3 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

8. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. PUBLICITY

By participating, entrant grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are solely the responsibility of the winner. If the prize value is $600 or more, the winner must complete and submit a W-9 form.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or any prize won.

13. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually and exclusively by the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
